RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Last updated: 19 August 2026

At Grace & Wonder, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

This Return and Refund Policy applies to digital products, downloadable content and physical products purchased directly from Grace & Wonder.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable law that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT

Grace & Wonder sells digital products and downloadable content that may be made available electronically shortly after purchase.

Because digital products can generally be accessed or downloaded immediately, we do not normally provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed or otherwise supplied.

Please carefully review the product description, file format, compatibility information and other relevant product details before completing your purchase.

Technical Problems

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your digital purchase, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, which may include providing access instructions, troubleshooting the issue or providing another appropriate means of accessing the product where reasonably possible.

Faulty or Incorrect Digital Products

If a digital product:

  • is faulty or corrupted;

  • is significantly different from its description;

  • is not the product you purchased;

  • cannot reasonably be accessed or used as represented;

  • is not fit for a purpose that was made known to us and for which you reasonably relied on us; or

  • otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee,

please contact us.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy such as replacement, correction, re-supply or refund.

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

This section applies to physical products purchased directly from Grace & Wonder.

Please inspect your order after receiving it and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your product is damaged, faulty, incorrect or significantly different from its description.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a physical product that is:

  • faulty;

  • damaged;

  • unsafe;

  • significantly different from its description;

  • different from the product you ordered;

  • not of acceptable quality;

  • not fit for a purpose made known to us and for which you reasonably relied on us; or

  • otherwise does not comply with an applicable consumer guarantee,

please contact Grace & Wonder with your order number and details of the problem.

Where appropriate, we may ask you to provide photographs or other reasonable information to help us assess the issue.

Your available remedy will depend on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

For a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

For a problem that is not major, we may be entitled to provide an appropriate remedy, such as a repair, within a reasonable time. If the problem cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, you may have further rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Grace & Wonder is not required to provide a refund, replacement or exchange simply because you change your mind about a purchase.

Unless a particular product listing or promotion expressly states otherwise, we do not guarantee change-of-mind returns for physical products.

This includes circumstances where you:

  • decide you no longer want the product;

  • choose the wrong product, size, colour or variation;

  • find the product cheaper elsewhere; or

  • change your mind after completing your purchase.

This change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. SALE AND DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price are still covered by applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

A product will not be refused an otherwise available remedy merely because it was purchased on sale.

However, you may not be entitled to a remedy for a particular fault or defect that was clearly disclosed to you before purchase and that you accepted when purchasing the product, to the extent permitted by law.

Our general change-of-mind policy also applies to sale and discounted products unless we expressly state otherwise.

5. PERSONALISED, CUSTOM OR MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

If Grace & Wonder offers personalised, customised or made-to-order physical or digital products, we do not normally accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations once production or customisation has commenced.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a personalised or custom product is faulty, damaged, materially different from what was ordered or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, please contact us.

6. RETURNING A PHYSICAL PRODUCT

If you believe a physical product needs to be returned because of a fault or another issue covered by the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us before returning the product where reasonably practicable.

We will provide appropriate return instructions.

Please do not send a product to us without first contacting Grace & Wonder, unless doing so is otherwise permitted by law.

Where the Australian Consumer Law requires Grace & Wonder to bear reasonable return or transportation costs, we will do so.

For any voluntary change-of-mind return that Grace & Wonder expressly agrees to accept, we may require the customer to pay return postage or shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

7. PROOF OF PURCHASE

We may reasonably request proof of purchase when processing a return, refund, replacement or other remedy.

Proof of purchase may include an order confirmation, receipt, transaction record or other reasonable evidence showing that the product was purchased from Grace & Wonder.

8. REFUNDS

Where a refund is required or approved, we will generally issue it to the original payment method where reasonably practicable.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider or payment service.

Once we have processed a refund, additional processing time imposed by your financial institution or payment provider is outside our direct control.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Digital Products

We may be unable to cancel a digital-product order once the product has been supplied, accessed or downloaded.

Physical Products

We may be unable to cancel a physical-product order once it has been processed, packed or dispatched.

If we are able to cancel the order before fulfilment, we will let you know and arrange any applicable refund.

These cancellation provisions do not limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. LOST OR MISSING PHYSICAL ORDERS

If your physical order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check any tracking information provided and contact us if you require assistance.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate missing or delayed orders with the relevant delivery provider.

Your rights regarding delayed, lost or undelivered products will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

11. PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THIRD-PARTY SELLERS

This policy applies to products purchased directly from Grace & Wonder.

If you purchase a Grace & Wonder product through an independent third-party retailer, marketplace or other seller, you should generally contact the seller from whom you made the purchase regarding returns and refunds.

Your statutory rights against Grace & Wonder or another party, where applicable, are not affected by this section.

12. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our products come with consumer guarantees that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any other applicable legislation where those rights cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.

Depending on the circumstances, if a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, compensation or another remedy provided by law.

Where there is any inconsistency between this policy and a mandatory right or remedy available under applicable consumer law, the applicable consumer-law right or remedy will prevail.
